By accepting these terms and conditions (including the linked information herein), and by using the Site, you represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions with Milky Makers in relation to your use of our website. We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions. Any changes we make will be deemed to have come into effect on the date that they have been posted on the website (www.milkymakers.com). You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions. When you place an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

In order for us to deliver to you, you will need to become a member of the Milky Makers website (www.milkymakers.com). All your details will be treated with the utmost privacy and security. Security is very important to us.
We will require your delivery address, your contact and payment details. We will then give you an account number and ask you to set a password for your account. Please make sure your details are kept somewhere you can remember as this will help us to locate your account if you call or email us. Once your account has been set up, you’ll be able to view your order summary again in your ‘shopping cart’ page.
All orders submitted through our www.milkymakers.com website (www.milkymakers.com) are confirmed by e-mail. No order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. It might not be possible for us to accept orders for delivery to certain areas; in this case collection must be made from our stores or from a pre-arranged.
All orders are subject to availability. Should any of the items be out of stock at the time of placing your order, you will be notified via email and we will suggest an alternative if possible. Alternatively you will be offered a refund for this item (see refunds and returns).
Payments and Refunds
We offer PayPal – credit card – debit card and cash on delivery Online payment through our secure payment gateway. You are now able to pay online for your purchases: we accept Visa and MasterCard. When you opt to make an online payment for your purchases, you will only be charged for the items which will be delivered. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the items purchased. We will contact you to confirm a delivery time and date, as well as your final order (should there be any missing items). A final confirmation email will be sent to you with the final amount and confirmed items to be delivered. This is the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Any cancellations of orders paid for online need to be made in writing within 24 hours. Your card will then not be debited and the cancellation of the purchase will appear in your next bank statement. Terms and conditions will vary according to YOUR payment card. There are no charges from OFC.
Payment by cash or credit card on delivery (the customer needs to be present to sign the receipt). If you are not at home, payment must be left in a secure place for the driver to collect, or with a designated person. Payment will still be requested if you are not available to collect your order. At Milky Makers we will work hard to only deliver the freshest and best products, and to keep the items on the website (www.milkymakers.com) up to date. Due to the nature of Organic foods, and the fact that we work with small suppliers, some items may no longer be available between the time of order and the time of delivery. Should a product no longer be available between the time of placing your order and the time of delivery, we will contact you by email to offer alternatives. Should you not wish to receive an alternative we will amend the order, and your receipt, prior to delivery.
